Verify quantity and documents.
Arrange and store materials properly.
Issue materials to Production as required.
Maintain stock records, GRN and material issue/return records.
Monitor stock levels and inform for replenishment.
Conduct physical stock checking.
Maintain proper material identification and traceability.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase and Quality teams.
Maintain store cleanliness and safety.
Update stock in ERP / Excel / Tally.
Prepare basic stock reports
