About the Role

We are looking for a Technical SEO & On-Page SEO Executive with robust knowledge of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to improve website visibility across search engines and AI-powered platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct technical SEO audits and identify crawling, indexing, and website performance issues.
Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, images, and content structure.
Manage robots.txt, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, redirects, hreflang, and schema markup.
Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile usability, and technical health.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, SERP analysis, and search-intent optimization.
Optimize content for Featured Snippets, People Also Ask, voice search, and AI-generated answers (AEO).
Implement GEO strategies to improve website/brand visibility and citations across AI-powered search platforms.
Identify keyword cannibalization, duplicate content, orphan pages, and indexing issues.




Work with content and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.
Monitor SEO performance through Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
Prepare regular SEO reports and track rankings, traffic, CTR, conversions, and technical improvements.
Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI search developments, and emerging SEO trends.

Required Skills
Strong understanding of Technical SEO & On-Page SEO.
Knowledge of AEO, GEO, Semantic SEO, Entity SEO, and Topical Authority.
Good understanding of HTML and basic website structure.
Experience with Schema Markup and structured data.
Solid analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
