Job Responsibilities:
Collect vehicles from customers for service.
Prepare and write service job cards based on customer complaints.
Check and record the vehicle condition at the time of receiving.
Move vehicles to the designated service/workshop area.
Coordinate with Service Advisors and technicians regarding vehicle service.
Assist in updating customers about vehicle service status.
Assist Service Advisors in preparing vehicles for delivery.
Check that vehicles are properly cleaned and ready for delivery.
Hand over vehicles to customers after completion of service.
Assist customers with basic service-related queries.
Maintain proper records of vehicle receiving and delivery.
Ensure customer vehicles are handled safely and carefully.
Support the service team in day-to-day workshop activities.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the service area.
