Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Solar Engineer to design, install, commission, and maintain solar power systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting project execution.

Roles & Responsibilities
Design and develop solar PV systems based on project requirements.
Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments.
Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of solar power systems.
Monitor system performance and perform preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to solar panels, inverters, and electrical components.
Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and maintenance records.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project teams for successful project execution.

Required Skills
Knowledge of Solar PV systems, inverters, and electrical components.
Understanding of electrical drawings and solar system design.




Troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
Familiarity with solar industry standards and safety practices.
Valuable communication and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic design software.

Qualification
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

Preferred Skills
Experience in rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.
Knowledge of net metering, commissioning, and O&M; activities.
Ability to travel to project sites when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate
Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
