nRequired Skills & Experience

n
7+ years of experience Hands-on with Tanium for patch deployment and endpoint management.
n
Hands-on with patch automation/process automation
n
Experience working with vulnerability management tools such as Qualys.
n
Basic knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) infrastructure, including Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Citrix Gateway, and VDA servers.
n
Positive understanding of patch validation, server health checks, and rollback procedures.
n
Knowledge of ITIL Change Management processes.
n
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments is preferred.
n
Success Measures Timely patch deployment across Windows and Citrix server environments.
n
High patch compliance and vulnerability remediation rates.
n
Successful Non-Production testing before Production rollout.
n
Minimal business disruption and zero major patch-related outages.
n
Effective coordination with application teams to ensure patching activities do not impact critical business services.
n
Robust /demonstratable knowledge to automate the above actions
