Key Responsibilities
Attend customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
Prepare accurate job cards based on customer concerns.
Explain required service, repairs, and estimated costs to customers.
Coordinate with technicians and the service team to ensure timely completion of work.
Monitor vehicle service progress and provide regular updates to customers.
Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure all customer complaints are properly addressed.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
