Role & responsibilities
Coordinate with customers for collection, verification, and execution of mortgage-related documents.
Review Title Search Reports (TSR), property documents, and title verification to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
Analyse legal and technical reports related to property and mortgage creation.
Manage processes involving CERSAI registration, charge filing, MODT, equitable mortgage creation,
and other property-related regulatory requirements.
Ensure adherence to internal policies, audit standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain accurate operational records, timely system updates, and documentation tracking.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless mortgage processing and execution.





Preferred candidate profile
Experience in mortgage operations, property documentation, and secured lending processes within Banking/NBFCs.
Robust knowledge of Title Search Reports (TSR), property due diligence, mortgage creation, CERSAI registration, and MODT.
Ability to review legal and technical reports, identify risks, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Excellent stakeholder management, documentation control, and coordination skills to ensure seamless mortgage processing.
