Job Overview

We are looking for a WhatsApp Marketing Professional who can plan and execute targeted WhatsApp campaigns, engage potential customers and generate qualified business leads through effective outreach and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute targeted WhatsApp marketing campaigns for business prospects.
Identify and segment relevant prospects for WhatsApp outreach.
Create engaging and professional WhatsApp messages based on campaign objectives.
Conduct personalized outreach to potential customers and businesses.
Manage regular follow-ups with prospects and interested leads.
Generate enquiries, leads and qualified meetings for the sales team.
Maintain and update prospect databases and outreach records.
Track campaign responses, engagement and lead conversions.
Coordinate with the sales team for qualified lead handover.
Use AI tools to assist with message creation, personalization,



prospect research and campaign planning.
Maintain a structured follow-up process to improve lead conversion.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on outreach and lead-generation activities.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in WhatsApp Marketing, Lead Generation, B2B Outreach, Digital Marketing or a related role.
Practical experience in WhatsApp-based customer/prospect outreach.
Positive written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of lead generation and follow-up processes.
Experience with marketing/outreach tools is preferred.
Basic knowledge of AI tools is an advantage.
Robust communication, research and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month based on experience and skills. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
