About the job What You'll Work On
Build and maintain core product features across our Go backend and React frontend.
Contribute to the Agent Council architecture — the multi-agent system that scores leads on budget, timeline, fit and authority.
Write, test and maintain code across services: voice orchestration, WhatsApp integration, and the intent-scoring engine.
Work with PostgreSQL and Redis for data modelling, caching and coordination (e.g. distributed locking).
Fix bugs, optimize performance, and participate in deployment and monitoring.
Document technical decisions clearly — including in plain language for non-technical stakeholders. What We're Looking For
Solid fundamentals in Go, or solid backend experience with the ability to ramp up quickly.
Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and Redis.
Comfort contributing to a React frontend when needed.
Clean, idiomatic code and honest commit history — we care about how you build, not just what ships.
Comfortable with ambiguity, quick iteration, and picking up unfamiliar parts of the stack. Nice to Have
Exposure to LLM APIs or provider-agnostic AI orchestration.
