Job Summary

Refos Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and reliable Welder to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for welding, fabrication, installation support, and maintaining the quality and safety standards of welding work.

Key Responsibilities
Perform welding and fabrication work as per requirements.
Read and understand basic drawings and measurements.
Perform cutting, grinding, drilling, and other fabrication activities.
Ensure proper alignment and finishing of fabricated structures.
Inspect welding work for quality and accuracy.
Maintain welding machines, tools, and equipment.
Follow workplace safety procedures and company guidelines.
Support the technical team in fabrication and installation-related activities.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements




ITI / Vocational qualification in Welding or related field preferred.
1–3 years of relevant welding experience preferred.
Knowledge of ARC/MIG welding will be an advantage.
Ability to use welding and fabrication tools safely.
Valuable understanding of measurements and basic technical instructions.
Physically fit and willing to work at project/workshop locations.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
