Role & responsibilities
Responsible for Installation, timely maintenance & repair service for EOT /gantry/ hoist etc.
resolving customers equipment's problems/ breakdowns/ any issue through technical expertise and troubleshooting with complete technical support to customer.
demonstrate critical thinking to resolve issue within defined procedure and practices to determine appropriate action to rapidly repair instrument related issue.
Make and follow PM schedule for planned service for contracts.
Preferred candidate profile Candidate from EOT Crane Experience will be preferred.
