Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Metallurgy, or Welding Engineering.

Key Requirements
4–5 years of hands-on experience in welding engineering and fabrication.
Positive knowledge of TIG/GTAW, MIG/GMAW, SMAW and Resistance Welding processes.
Experience in preparation and qualification of WPS, PQR and WPQ/Welder Qualification.
Knowledge of welding standards such as AWS D17.1, AWS D1.1, ASME Section IX and ISO 15614.
Experience with materials such as Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum and Alloy Steel.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, welding symbols and GD&T.;
Knowledge of weld inspection and common welding defects.
Familiarity with VT, PT, MT, UT and RT/NDT inspection methods.
Experience in root-cause analysis and corrective actions for welding defects.




Knowledge of welding fixtures, distortion control and heat-treatment requirements.
Preparation and maintenance of welding quality records and traceability documents.
Coordination with Production, Quality, Design and Customer teams.
Experience in Aerospace/Defence fabrication will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in aerospace welding, especially AWS D17.1, will be preferred. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
