Workday Tester

Role: Workday Tester

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: PAN India

Key Responsibilities
Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for Workday applications.
Validate Workday HCM, Recruitment, Compensation, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules.
Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on business requirements.
Conduct end-to-end testing of Workday integrations with third-party systems.
Identify, track, and report defects using defect management tools.
Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and technical teams to resolve issues.
Support Workday releases, enhancements, and production deployments.
Participate in test planning, test execution, and test closure activities.

Required Skills




5+ years of overall testing experience with at least 3+ years in Workday Testing.
Hands-on experience in Workday HCM testing.
Robust knowledge of Functional Testing, Integration Testing, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.
Experience testing Workday modules such as Core HCM, Recruitment, Compensation, Payroll, Advantages, Time Tracking, and Absence.
Experience in creating test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
Familiarity with Workday EIB, Reports, and Integrations testing.
Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
