Role & responsibilities
Direct Field Lead Generation & Sales:
Prospect the open market to acquire individual and family health insurance leads through direct cold calling, field visits, and local networking.
Organize field activities, canopy setups, health check-up camps, and promotional drives in residential complexes, commercial markets, and corporate parks to capture inquiries.
Meet prospective clients face-to-face, assess their health coverage needs, present suitable health insurance plans, and close sales.
Agent Recruitment & Onboarding:
Identify, recruit, and onboard prospective insurance advisors, agents, and Point of Sale Persons (POSPs) from the local market.
Guide recent agents through licensing, registration, and onboarding compliance norms.
Agent Training & Enablement:




Conduct regular training sessions for agents regarding health insurance products, policy terms, underwriting guidelines, and sales techniques.
Accompany agents on high-value field calls to assist in client conversion and handle complex customer queries.
Track agent activity daily, drive motivation, and ensure regular monthly business production from the agent network.

Preferred candidate profile
Education: Graduate in any discipline (10+2+3).
Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven field sales experience in Health Insurance, Life Insurance, General Insurance, or Financial Services.
Assets: A valid two-wheeler driving license and personal vehicle for daily field movement.
