Job purpose The Process Executive (PE) will be responsible for processing Cloud business orders by verifying order requests, creating and updating transactions in SAP, coordinating with internal business teams, and ensuring timely order fulfilment. The role requires maintaining high accuracy, adherence to process compliance, and delivering excellent operational support

Requirements
Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline.
Operations, Procurement, Order Management, or Purchase Process.
Working knowledge of SAP MM (SAP Order Processing).Cloud
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
Robust coordination and follow-up skills.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Team player with a customer-centric approach.

Roles & Responsibility
Verify order requests and process Order Creation, Modification, and Cancellation in SAP.
Perform SAP punching for Cloud business transactions with high accuracy.
Publish Cloud offerings/products on the web portal as per business requirements.




Coordinate with Business, Sales, and Internal Stakeholders for order approvals and processing.
Follow up with Business teams for pending approvals, clarifications, and order completion.
Verify vendor invoices against SAP Purchase Orders and ensure compliance with purchase terms.
Handle order exceptions and resolve processing-related issues.
Track and ensure timely completion of Cloud orders within defined SLA.
Manage customer and vendor queries through effective coordination.
Maintain order-related documentation and process records.
Support process improvements and ensure adherence to SOPs and compliance guidelines.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order execution.
Generate and maintain operational reports using Excel and SAP.
Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of assigned activities.
