We are seeking an experienced Workday Lead Developer to design, develop, implement, and support Workday integrations and technical solutions. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, and Workday reporting, along with expertise in integration security, tenant migration, and production deployment.

Job Details

Experience: 8 Yrs

Location: Bangalore/Chennai

Shift: 1.30pm to 10.30pm

Mode: 5 days' work from office

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and RaaS.
Develop and maintain Workday reports using Report Writer.
Integrate Workday with external systems using SOAP and REST APIs.
Work with XML, XSLT, XPath, and JSON for data transformation and integration development.
Implement secure integrations using OAuth, PGP, SFTP, and integration security best practices.
Manage Object Transporter and support tenant migration activities.
Participate in release readiness, integration monitoring,



and production deployment.
Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions.
Support UAT, defect resolution, and post-production validation.
Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver reliable Workday solutions.

Mandate Candidate Profile
3 - 5 years of hands-on Workday project development experience.
Solid understanding of Workday integration architecture and development lifecycle.
Experience in production support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and release management.
Positive communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
