nKALISTA is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Textile Designer to join our design team in Noida.
nThe ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of textile design, colour, print development and surface ornamentation, along with the ability to translate creative concepts into commercially successful festive and occasion-wear collections.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Research seasonal trends and develop original textile conceptsn
- Create prints, motifs, layouts and colourwaysn
- Develop placement prints and embroidery artworksn
- Build cohesive print stories and mood boards for collectionsn
- Coordinate with fashion designers, sampling teams and vendorsn
- Review strike-offs, embroideries and production samplesn
- Guide junior designers and manage multiple projects and timelinesn
- Maintain originality while ensuring designs align with KALISTA's aestheticn

nRequirements:

- n




- Degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design or a related disciplinen
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in Indian occasion wear, festive wear or contemporary ethnic fashionn
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Procreaten
- Excellent understanding of colours, fabrics, printing techniques and embroideryn
- Robust creative direction, attention to detail and commercial sensibilityn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentn
