- Ensure process and approvals alignment for tender participationn
- Drive process and ensure compliance for tender participation in a timely fashionn

nTender Tracking

- n
- Develop an exhaustive tender tracking regimen
- Ensure capturing qualitative and quantitative data in coordination with the teamn
- Proactively build readiness for major must-win tendersn
- Identify external sources of data for cross-referencing and validation of informationn

nTender Analytics
n
- n
- Develop comprehensive dashboards for monthly and quarterly reviewsn
- Build analytics focusing on comparison vs. Budget, across time periods to evaluate trends in Pricing, Volume, Competition etc.n
- Develop a knowledge bank of information to be utilized for Negotiation with internal and external stakeholdersn
- Analyze syndicated and published data sources to understand pricing trends and impact of competitionn
