Job DescriptionWe're hiring a Civil AutoCAD Trainer to design and deliver training programs for our civil engineering and design teams. You'll work closely with our technical leadership to build training content, run hands-on sessions, and help engineers strengthen their AutoCAD and civil drafting capabilities — from fundamentals to advanced workflows used on live global projects.

- Design, structure, and deliver AutoCAD (2D/Civil 3D) training modules for civil engineering teamsn
- Customize training content based on project needs — site layout, land development, RCC/structural detailing, drafting standardsn
- Conduct hands-on workshops, assessments, and skill-gap evaluationsn
- Collaborate with technical/project teams to align training with real project requirements and international drafting standardsn
- Track trainee progress and report on training effectiveness (KRAs to be shared)n
- Stay current with AutoCAD updates, Civil 3D features,



and industry-standard drafting practicesn

nRequirements

- n
- 3+ years of experience in Civil AutoCAD training or civil design/drafting with training responsibilitiesn
- Strong command of AutoCAD (2D essential; Civil 3D preferred)n
- Prior exposure to global/international projects is a solid plus (US, UK, GCC, or similar)n
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — ability to simplify technical concepts for varied experience levelsn
- Autodesk Authorized Instructor certification is a plus, not mandatoryn
- Based in or willing to relocate to Punen
