nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a driven and experienced Manager – Wealth Management to lead and manage a team of Wealth Managers/Relationship Managers. The person will be responsible for driving team-level sales and revenue targets, strengthening client relationships, improving team productivity, and ensuring a high-quality wealth management experience for clients.
nThe ideal candidate should have strong experience in wealth management, sales, financial advisory, and team leadership, along with a solid understanding of financial markets and investment products.

- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Wealth Managers/Relationship Managers to achieve individual and team sales targets.n




- Set clear performance expectations, track KPIs, and drive accountability across the team.n
- Conduct regular reviews of team performance, sales pipeline, conversions, revenue, and client acquisition.n
- Coach team members on prospecting, client engagement, sales conversations, objection handling, and closing.n
- Identify performance gaps and provide structured guidance and support to improve individual productivity.n
- Motivate the team and create a high-performance, target-driven environment.n
