Job DescriptionThe role is responsible for Plant Finance, Record-to-Report (R2R), GST compliance, statutory reporting, ERP governance, audit support, and cross-location financial reconciliations. You will work closely with Plant Operations, Stores, Logistics, Procurement, HR, Payroll, Corporate Finance, and external auditors to ensure robust financial controls and regulatory compliance.

- Manage Plant Finance, R2R, month-end closing, and financial reporting.n
- Handle manufacturing accounting, inventory, cost accounting, and expense control.n
- Drive GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC, e-Invoicing, and e-Way Bill reconciliations.n
- Perform invoice, inventory, material movement, and stock transfer reconciliations.n
- Support statutory, tax, GST, and internal audits.n
- Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure ERP compliance.n
- Prepare MIS reports, reconciliation dashboards,



and management reports.n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Mysuru.n
