nKey Responsibilities:
nLead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve operational KPIs
nManage day-to-day backend operations ensuring quality, productivity, and SLA adherence
nConduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and feedback discussions
nAnalyze reports, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans
nCollaborate with Quality, Training, and Support teams for continuous improvement
nEnsure compliance with international client standards and internal policies
nDesired Candidate Profile:
nMinimum 1–3 years of experience as a Team Leader in International
nStrong people management and stakeholder handling skills
nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
nGood communication skills (written & verbal)
nComfortable working in a fast-paced, global workplace
nHands-on experience with MIS, reporting, and performance management
