nCorporate Accountant Key Responsibilities: -
nAccounts Payable
n
- n
- Process and manage vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, coding, and timely payments.n
- Oversee T&E; (travel and entertainment) submissions and employee reimbursements.n
- Prepare and post expense allocations across funds and management entities.n
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance with company policies.n
- Support efficiency improvements in invoice and expense workflows.n

nFinancial Reporting

- n
- Record and maintain NetSuite bookings and journal entries.n
- Perform expense reconciliations, ensuring completeness and accuracy of accounts.n
- Assist in the month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial close process.n
- Prepare financial statements and management reports for review.n




- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.n

nAd-Hoc / Other Responsibilities

- n
- Support ongoing NetSuite implementation and process enhancement projects.n
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses and reports to support decision-making.n
- Assist with audit preparation and respond to auditor requests.n
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to improve reporting accuracy.n
- Contribute to the development and documentation of accounting procedures.n

nQualifications
n
- n
- Strong understanding of US GAAP.n
- 5+ years of corporate accounting experience.n
- Depth experience in expense allocations for asset managersn
- Strong working knowledge of NetSuite (must have)n
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.n
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.n
