Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Guest Relations Executive role based in Gurugram.

The Guest Relations

Executive will greet and assist guests upon arrival, manage check-in and check-out processes, and handle reservation inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. The role involves responding to guest requests and concerns, coordinating with housekeeping, front office, and restaurant teams, and ensuring that guest expectations are met or exceeded.

Executive will maintain accurate records at the reception desk, manage phone and in-person inquiries,



and support sales promotions by informing guests about services, offers, and facilities. The position also includes maintaining a welcoming lobby workplace, following standard operating procedures, and upholding company service and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Strong guest relations and customer service skills, with a focus on creating positive, professional experiences.
- Effective communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Experience with receptionist duties, such as managing front desk operations, handling calls, and maintaining guest records.
- Basic sales and upselling skills to promote hotel and restaurant services, offers, and packages.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, or restaurants is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with front office software or reservation systems and basic computer skills.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a hospitality-related certification or degree is an advantage.
