Group Business Operations Executive

Location: Bengaluru, India

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and versatile Group Business Operations Executive to be based in Bengaluru and become an integral part of the Group's day-to-day operations.

The Role

This is a cross-functional business operations role covering corporate affairs, administration, finance coordination, HR, marketing and communications.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Founder and external professional partners, ensuring that the Group operates smoothly, professionally and efficiently.

This is not a traditional administrative position. We are looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership, managing multiple priorities, coordinating with different stakeholders and helping build the organisation as it grows.

Key Responsibilities

- Group Business Operations
- Support the day-to-day operations of Digeto Group and its entities.
- Coordinate internal activities, priorities, meetings and follow-ups.
- Maintain action trackers, calendars, documents and operational records.
- Coordinate with external consultants, advisors, accountants, lawyers, Company Secretaries and other professional service providers.
- Support the Founder on operational and strategic priorities.
- Identify operational gaps and proactively propose solutions.
- Ensure that agreed actions are followed through to completion.
- Corporate Affairs & Company Secretariat
- Coordinate company secretarial and statutory compliance activities with the appointed CS/CA/legal advisors.
- Maintain corporate records, agreements, registrations and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate Board/shareholder documentation and resolutions where required.
- Track regulatory and compliance deadlines.
- Liaise with external professionals on MCA/ROC, tax, GST and other corporate requirements.
- Maintain an organised digital corporate document repository.
- Finance & Accounts Coordination
- Coordinate with the external accountant/CA on accounting and tax matters.
- Track invoices, receivables, payables and expenses.
- Maintain basic cash-flow and payment trackers.




- Support preparation of management reports and financial information.
- Coordinate employee/vendor payments and expense documentation.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and payments.
- Ensure financial records and supporting documents are properly maintained.
- HR & People Operations
- Support recruitment and onboarding of employees and consultants.
- Coordinate employment/consulting agreements and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll, leave and attendance processes with external/internal providers.
- Support development and implementation of HR policies and processes.
- Help create a professional and positive employee experience.
- Marketing & Communications
- Coordinate Digeto's corporate communications and digital presence.
- Support LinkedIn, website and social media content.
- Coordinate preparation of presentations, company profiles, announcements and marketing materials.
- Work with external designers/agencies when required.
- Maintain brand consistency across Group communications.
- Support events, conferences, partnerships and corporate initiatives.
- Business Development & Partnerships Support
- Support the Founder in managing relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting briefs, follow-up notes and action points.
- Maintain CRM/contact databases and partnership trackers.
- Support preparation of proposals, presentations and business documents.
- Coordinate international calls, meetings and engagements across time zones.
- Office & General Administration
- Manage day-to-day administrative requirements for the Bengaluru operations.
- Coordinate vendors, service providers, office requirements and subscriptions.
- Manage travel and meeting logistics when required.
- Maintain organised physical and digital records.
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives across the Group.

- A strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English
- Comfortable interacting with senior executives,



advisors, clients and external partners
- Commercially minded and interested in how a business operates
- Confident working with numbers, invoices and basic financial information
- Comfortable with technology and digital tools
- Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information
- Willing to take ownership rather than waiting for instructions
- Curious, adaptable and comfortable in a quick-growing entrepreneurial environment

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Management or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in business operations, corporate administration, executive support, professional services, startup operations or a similar environment.
- Experience coordinating with CA/CS/legal/HR professionals is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Experience with CRM, project-management and digital collaboration tools is a plus.

Within the first 6–12 months, the successful candidate should be able to:
- Keep the Group's day-to-day operations organised and on track.
- Ensure corporate, financial and administrative deadlines are properly monitored.
- Establish clear and efficient internal processes.
- Maintain accurate and accessible company documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with external professional advisors.
- Support the Founder with reliable execution and follow-through.
- Help strengthen Digeto's professional corporate image and communications.
- Gradually take ownership of an increasing number of operational responsibilities.
