Graphic Designer – UI/UX & Web

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer who also has good knowledge of UI/UX design and website Design . The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design and be able to create attractive graphics, user-friendly website interfaces, and engaging digital content.

The candidate will work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Tech teams to create visually appealing designs that are easy to use and aligned with Truskope’s brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Create social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, presentations, infographics, and other marketing creatives.
- Design website pages, landing pages, dashboards, and mobile app interfaces.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows using UI/UX tools.
- Convert design ideas into responsive and user-friendly website layouts.
- Work with the development team to ensure designs are properly implemented on websites.
- Have basic to good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design.
- Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, layouts, icons, and overall brand identity.
- Simplify complex healthcare information into clear, engaging, and visually attractive content.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Content, Product, and Tech teams for campaigns and digital projects.
- Understand user requirements and create designs that provide a smooth and user-friendly experience.
- Improve existing website and digital product designs based on user feedback and business requirements.
- Create and maintain design systems, components, grids, and visual guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest Graphic Design, UI/UX, Web Design, and AI design trends.
- Use AI tools to improve creativity, generate ideas, enhance visuals, and make the design process more efficient.

Required Tools & Technical Skills The candidate should have hands-on experience with:
- Adobe Photoshop – Strong proficiency
- Adobe Illustrator – Strong proficiency




- Figma – UI/UX design, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems
- Adobe XD – Knowledge preferred
- Canva – For social media and marketing creatives
- AI Design Tools – Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or similar AI tools
- HTML & CSS – Basic to good knowledge
- Responsive Web Design – Understanding of desktop, tablet, and mobile layouts
- UI/UX Design Tools – Knowledge of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, components, grids, typography, and layouts
- Prototyping Tools – Ability to create interactive prototypes using Figma or similar tools

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Graphic Design and Visual Design
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles and user experience
- Excellent sense of color, typography, spacing, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to create contemporary and engaging digital designs
- Good understanding of website design and development
- Ability to translate ideas and requirements into creative designs
- Strong visual storytelling skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, UI/UX, Visual Communication, Web Design, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Graphic Design, UI/UX, or a similar role preferred.
- Freshers with strong skills and an impressive portfolio may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is primarily a Graphic Designer but also has practical knowledge of UI/UX and Website Development.

The ideal candidate should be able to independently handle marketing creatives, branding, website design, UI/UX, basic web development requirements, and AI-assisted design workflows.

Portfolio showcasing Graphic Design UI/UX is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
