Quantum Sure Success is a growing organization focused on digital marketing, lead generation, content creation, and brand growth. We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to join our remote team immediately and help us create high-quality visual and video content for social media, ads, websites, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

- Create eye-catching graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X).
- Design ad creatives, thumbnails, banners, posters, brochures, presentations, and email templates.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets.
- Work on website graphics, landing page visuals, and marketing collateral.
- Use tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma to deliver high-quality designs.

Video Editing

- Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, YouTube Shorts) and long-form videos.
- Perform video post-production: trimming, transitions, color correction, audio cleaning, captions/subtitles, and thumbnails.
- Create motion graphics and basic animations using After Effects or similar tools.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short clips for social media.
- Use AI video tools such as Pictory, InVideo AI, Synthesia,



Runway, HeyGen, etc., to speed up production.
- Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms and aspect ratios.

Collaboration & Reporting

- Coordinate with the marketing and content team for daily creative requirements.
- Manage multiple design and video tasks within deadlines.
- Submit daily work reports and updates to the reporting manager.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, video editing techniques, and AI tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Robust portfolio showcasing design and video work (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Canva, and Figma.
- Basic knowledge of AI video generation and editing tools.
- Understanding of social media content formats, trends, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Good communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Own laptop/desktop and stable internet connection.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve.
- Basic understanding of SEO-friendly visual content.
- Experience in digital marketing or agency environment.
- Knowledge of Hindi and English for content creation.

Work Schedule

- Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday off or as per company calendar).
- Timings: Generally 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (flexible as per project needs).
- Location: Remote / Work From Home.
- May require occasional online meetings or office visits if needed.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
