About us

Kwanta Communications is a creative agency working across brand, digital, and film for a growing roster of clients. We are looking for a mid-level graphic designer with strong craft who can take concepts and turn them into polished, on-brand work across every format we produce.

The role

This is a hands-on execution and craft role. You will design across social, digital, print, and presentations, working from briefs and brand guidelines to produce clean, consistent, high-quality assets at pace. You will collaborate closely with the senior designer, the copy team, and the video team, and you will help keep the quality and consistency of everything that leaves the studio.

It suits someone who loves the craft, works fast without dropping standards, and can handle several brands at once.

What you'll do

- Design across social posts, digital ads, presentations, and print, from brief to final files
- Adapt campaigns and key visuals into all the sizes and formats each brand needs
- Work from brand guidelines to keep every asset consistent and on-brand
- Collaborate with the senior designer, copy, and video on integrated work




- Prepare clean, well-organised, production-ready files
- Take feedback well and turn revisions around quickly

What we're looking for

- 2 to 4 years of graphic design experience, with an agency or brand background preferred
- A strong portfolio showing craft across layout, typography, and digital design
- Solid command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
- Strong fundamentals in typography, composition, colour, and layout
- Speed and accuracy across high volumes of work without losing quality
- Proficient in writing effective AI prompts for image and creative tools
- Organised and able to handle several brands and deadlines at once

Bonus points

- Motion or animation skills (After Effects) for simple social and video assets
- Illustration or icon design ability
- Print and prepress knowledge
- Basic UI or web design exposure

Pay: ₹10,346.16 - ₹30,000.00 per month
