We're a small, fast-moving team building multiple brands and companies. That means we're looking for someone who can take ownership, move quickly, and help us build a professional presence from the ground up.

The Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer & Content Creator who can independently manage the visual and content side of our social media.

This is not a social media scheduling job.

We need someone who can take a brand-new company or social media account and build its content presence from scratch. You should be comfortable coming up with content ideas, designing graphics, creating and editing videos, writing captions, and actually publishing the content.

You will be responsible for turning ideas into finished content without needing someone to tell you exactly what to create every day.

If you have only worked as a social media scheduler or have little to no experience actually creating and editing content, please do not apply.

What You'll Own

Content Creation & Social Media ~80%

Create original content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram

Create graphics, carousels, promotional posts, educational posts, and other visual content

Create and edit short-form videos, reels, and social media clips

Turn basic ideas, notes, articles, or talking points into finished content

Write captions and supporting copy

Research content ideas and current trends relevant to each brand

Maintain a consistent visual identity and brand voice

Take a new social media account and build a qualified content presence from the ground up

Plan and maintain a content calendar

Publish content consistently across platforms

Repurpose existing content into different formats

Monitor engagement and identify what content is performing

Make recommendations on what we should create next





Work across multiple company brands as new businesses and projects are launched

Light Executive / Administrative Support ~20%

Help with basic scheduling and appointments

Assist with occasional client emails and follow-ups

Organize content, files, and marketing materials

Help keep small but important tasks from falling through the cracks

What We Need From You

Content creation and editing experience is REQUIRED.

We are specifically looking for someone who has already created content, not someone who is hoping to learn it on the job.

You should be able to:

Design professional social media graphics independently

Edit short-form videos and reels independently

Write engaging social media captions

Come up with content ideas without being given a complete brief

Understand what makes people stop scrolling

Understand the differences between LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook content

Maintain a consistent brand style

Take a basic idea and turn it into a finished post or video

Work with Canva, Adobe tools, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar design/editing software

Research trends and find opportunities for new content

Manage a content calendar and consistently meet deadlines

Take ownership of an account rather than waiting for instructions

You Will Be a Strong Fit If You...

Have managed social media accounts before

Have created content for businesses, personal brands, clients, or your own projects

Have a portfolio of graphics, videos, reels, social media posts, or other content you've created

Have experience taking a brand from little or no social presence to an active account





Understand branding and visual consistency

Have good attention to detail

Have strong written and spoken English

Can work independently in a remote environment

Are proactive and comfortable figuring things out yourself

Can manage multiple brands and adjust your content style depending on the company

Real Estate Experience

Real estate experience is a plus, but not required.

An understanding of real estate, business, technology, or entrepreneurship will help because some of the brands you will work on will operate in these areas.

Key: Portfolio Required

We are looking for someone who can start creating from day one.

Why This Role Matters

We're building multiple brands, and our biggest need right now is consistent, high-quality execution.

Ideas and workflows already exist. What we need is someone who can take those ideas and turn them into actual content that gets published.

You'll have significant creative ownership. Rather than receiving a list of exactly what to post every day, you'll be expected to look at the brand, understand the audience, identify what needs to be created, and make it happen.

Compensation

₹35,000 - ₹45,000 per month

- Compensation will depend on experience, portfolio, and ability to independently manage content creation and social media execution.
