Key Responsibilities
- Design posters, banners, infographics, and other communication creatives.
- Create and edit videos, reels, and easy motion graphics for internal campaigns.
- Design presentations and communication collateral.
- Develop visual content for employee engagement, learning, wellness, rewards & recognition, and other HR initiatives.
- Edit images, graphics, and videos as required.
- Organize and maintain design files and templates.
- Support the HR Communications team with creative requirements across various projects.
