Role Description The Graduate Architect role at PInterview is a full-time remote position focused on supporting the design and development of the platform’s architecture and related digital solutions. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in architectural design for system components, collaborating with software developers to translate requirements into technical specifications, and supporting integration between various services and tools used on the platform.

Architect will help document architectural decisions, participate in project planning, and contribute to continuous improvement of system performance, reliability,



and scalability. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure that architecture supports a seamless and secure user experience.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to support system and solution design activities.
- Basic experience or coursework in Software Development, including understanding of common programming concepts and development workflows.
- Knowledge of Integration concepts, such as APIs, data flows, and connecting multiple systems or services.
- Exposure to Project Management principles, including task tracking, documentation, and collaborating within cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, modern web technologies, or distributed systems is an advantage.
