Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Purpose The candidate will work closely with senior engineers and the project team to understand construction/project operations and gradually take responsibility for assigned activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior engineers in the day-to-day execution and supervision of project work.
- Monitor site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project requirements.
- Assist in checking quantities, measurements, material consumption, and work progress.
- Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, vendors, and labour teams for smooth execution of work.
- Maintain daily records of manpower, materials, machinery, and work progress.
- Assist in preparation of Daily Progress Reports (DPR), work reports, measurement sheets, and other project documentation.
- Support senior engineers in preparing and checking BOQs, estimates, material requirements, and work schedules.
- Assist in ensuring that materials used at site meet the required specifications and quality standards.
- Identify site-level issues and immediately report them to the concerned senior engineer.
- Assist in resolving labour, material, execution, and coordination issues at site.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain an organized and safe work environment.
- Follow and promote all company safety procedures and project-specific safety requirements.
- Coordinate with the office/project management team regarding site requirements and progress.




- Study and understand technical drawings, specifications, and project documents.
- Learn and effectively use relevant engineering and project-management software/tools.
- Perform any other engineering or project-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility -
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or relevant engineering discipline.
- Experience: Freshers / 0–1 year experience.
- Candidates with internship or site exposure will be preferred.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of engineering and construction/project execution.
- Good understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
