The Role
Global Import–Export specialist is responsible for performing international import – export documents validation and coordination/Synchronization with Europe & USA
What You Will Do
Main Task: -
Overseeing the entire process of shipping goods across international borders, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to all regulations
Preparing, reviewing, and managing all necessary import/export documentation
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders
Check Export documents availability in MI shipping (specific tool from MI) and completion vs compliance request In case of missing EX, request to brokers or freight forwarder to obtain it
If correction needed, request correction to be broker as per trade compliance guideline.
Follow up of gaps in a spreadsheet with classification of gap type and monthly review.
FCA Flow (Europe And International)
Check EX availability for 100% of FCA flow + CMR signed + customer carrier invoice.
If one of the pieces of information above is missing:
Request to customer of the missing document
Check and follow-up with KPI reviewed on monthly basis
Proposal of action plan for recurrent gaps
What You Need To Have The Global I/E specialist must have 4 - 5 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, international trade regulations, and customs Compliance.
Solid understanding of Incoterms with respect to global standards
Understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles
English speaking
Knowledge in international transport regulation.
Working time schedule equivalent to Europe and USA.
Comfortable with pack office and IT
