We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Engineer Trainee to join our team. The candidate will undergo structured training and gain hands-on experience in engineering, production, quality, and operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily production and engineering activities
- Support senior engineers in project execution
- Learn and follow company processes and SOPs
- Monitor machine performance and report issues
- Participate in quality control and inspection activities
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations
- Ensure adherence to safety and company standards
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- BE / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / EEE / ECE or relevant field)
- Freshers or up to 1 year of experience
- Basic technical knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
