We are seeking a organized Operations Manager to run the daily workflows of our album printing business.
- You will manage customer bookings, organize schedules, and supervise the staff to ensure smooth operations from initial design to final print production.
- Key Responsibilities: Manage Bookings: Oversee all incoming customer orders, bookings, and delivery schedules.
- Workflow Allocation: Assign album projects to the design and printing departments.
- Production Oversight: Monitor the full workflow from digital design to the final printing section.
- Staff Leadership: Manage daily staff tasks, schedules, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Requirements:Experience in operations management or team leadership (printing or studio experience is a plus).Solid scheduling and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
