Role Description The General Manager for Canada Opportunities is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada. This role oversees the end-to-end operations related to Canada immigration and visa consulting services, including managing client portfolios, supervising consultation processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

The General

Manager leads and mentors the local team, sets performance targets, and implements strategies to improve service quality, client satisfaction, and business growth. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with consultants, reviewing complex cases, optimizing workflows,



and reporting on operational and financial performance to senior leadership. The role also involves building partnerships, staying updated on Canadian immigration policy changes, and representing the organization in client meetings, events, and industry forums.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills, including experience supervising multidisciplinary teams and driving performance improvements.
- Proven experience in immigration consulting, visa services, or related skilled services, preferably with exposure to Canadian immigration processes.
- Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to handle escalations, maintain trust, and deliver clear, accurate guidance.
- Solid business operations and strategic planning skills, including budgeting, reporting, and process optimization.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate across locations, and adapt to evolving regulatory and market conditions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Law, or a related field; a master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a senior management or general management role within consulting, professional services, or immigration services is highly beneficial.
