Life Cycle Management of Air Circuit Breakers
Problem Solving, Product Improvement, Mechanical stress analysis/ simulations, Mechanism Design calculations.
Value Engineering, Customer complaint Analysis, Recent Product Development
Working with cross functional team (Quality, Engineering, Production)
Improvement in Production line FTY, customer dpm

Functional Competencies
PTC Creo 3D modelling, 3D model assembly drawing, cad simulations, mechanism simulations, stress analysis of Air Circuit Breakers (ACBs).
Engineering drawings preparations, working in SAP, SAP-PLM, SAP-PPM
Expertise in FTA, DFMEAs, PFMEAs, GDT, Tolerance Stack-up
Cooperative working with cross functions like Engineering, Quality, Production, Planning Teams.
Knowledge of ISO standards, IEC standards IEC 60947-1, IEC 60947-2 etc.
