Key Responsibilities
Operate VMC/CNC machines safely and efficiently.
Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
Set up jobs, fixtures, cutting tools, and workpieces.
Load and run CNC programs and make basic parameter/tool-offset adjustments.
Set tool offsets, work offsets, spindle speed, feed rate, and cutting parameters as required.
Perform first-piece inspection and regular quality checks.
Use vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, and other measuring instruments.
Monitor tool wear and replace tools when required.
Identify machining defects and take corrective action.
Maintain production records and achieve daily production targets.
Keep the machine, tools, and work area clean and organized.
Follow 5S, PPE, safety, and quality procedures.




Report machine breakdowns, tool issues, and maintenance requirements to the supervisor.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of VMC machine operation and CNC machining.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Knowledge of cutting tools, tool offsets, and basic CNC codes (G-code/M-code).
Good understanding of dimensions and tolerances.
Ability to use precision measuring instruments.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Pay: ₹9,151.12 - ₹25,000.00 per month
