Key Responsibilities
Design & Planning: Conduct site investigations, run feasibility studies, and create structural blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Project Management: Estimate costs for materials, equipment, and labor, manage budgets, and keep projects on schedule.
Regulatory Compliance: Secure local and national building permits and ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
Collaboration: Liaise with clients, architects, urban planners, and construction subcontractors.
Site Supervision: Visit active building sites to monitor quality, test soil and material strength, and solve in office engineering challenges.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
