Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction work, including excavation, foundations, reinforced concrete, masonry, structural works, and finishing.
Interpret drawings and specifications and explain technical requirements to supervisors, subcontractors, and workers.
Set out and verify dimensions, levels, coordinates, and alignments using surveying instruments.
Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to resolve site issues.
Plan labor, materials, equipment, and daily activities to meet the construction schedule.
Prepare quantity estimates, material requests, measurements, and subcontractor work records.




Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Maintain site documentation, including inspection requests, method statements, checklists, test reports, and as-built records.
Enforce health and safety requirements and report hazards, incidents, and unsafe practices.
Identify technical problems and recommend practical solutions while minimizing delays and rework.
Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
