We're Hiring | Vice President – Sales

About the Role

As VP – Sales, you will own the company's:
Revenue growth & sales strategy
GTM strategy across AI, IoT, Industrial IoT, SaaS & connectivity
Sales P&L; and commercial performance
Enterprise & government business development
Sales organisation design and team building
Strategic partnerships and channel ecosystem
Sales forecasting, CRM, processes & performance management
AI-driven sales productivity and analytics

You will work closely with the CEO, Founders, Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Finance and Customer Success teams to build a scalable and predictable revenue engine.

What We're Looking For

10+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, with strong exposure to one or more of:

Industrial IoT / IoT Hardware

Enterprise SaaS

AI Solutions

Cloud & Connectivity

Industrial Automation

Smart Infrastructure

Water Technology / Energy Technology

You should have demonstrated experience in:
Building and scaling a sales organisation from scratch
Hiring,



mentoring and leading high-performing sales teams
Selling complex enterprise technology solutions
Managing large enterprise and government accounts
Owning revenue targets and commercial P&L;
Building predictable pipelines and forecasting systems
Developing strategic partnerships and channel ecosystems
Implementing scalable CRM/ERP-driven sales processes
