Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in Node.js, React.js, Express.js, and Strapi to build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities
Develop frontend and backend applications using Node.js, React.js, Express.js, and Strapi.
Build and secure REST APIs and frontend integrations.
Customize and manage Strapi CMS.
Optimize application performance, scalability, caching, and databases.
Implement application monitoring and troubleshooting using OpenTelemetry.
Support applications running on Kubernetes and Docker.
Follow secure coding practices and resolve security vulnerabilities.
Contribute to testing, CI/CD, deployments, and production support.

Mandatory Skills




4+ years of relevant software development experience.
Robust experience with Node.js, React.js, Express.js, and Strapi.
Solid JavaScript (ES6+) and working knowledge of TypeScript.
Experience with REST APIs, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
Knowledge of OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD.
Experience with databases and Redis/caching.
Strong understanding of application security and performance optimization.
Experience troubleshooting production applications.

Preferred
Experience with high-traffic/public-facing applications.
Banking, payments, or regulated-domain experience.
Knowledge of CDN, WAF, API Gateway, and performance testing.
Familiarity with SEO and web accessibility.
