Key Responsibilities
Develop creative concepts and designs for digital and print media.
Design social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, posters, advertisements, presentations, and promotional materials.
Create innovative and engaging visual content according to business requirements.
Manage the complete design process from concept to final output.
Maintain consistency in company branding, fonts, colors, and visual identity.
Review and improve designs created by junior graphic designers.
Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and other departments for creative requirements.
Understand briefs and convert ideas into effective visual concepts.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
Make revisions and incorporate feedback from management.
Maintain and organize design files, templates, images, and other creative assets.




Keep up to date with current design trends, tools, and creative techniques.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, content writing & basic Video Editing or similar tools.
Excellent knowledge of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual composition.
Strong creative and conceptual thinking.
Positive attention to detail.
Ability to guide and coordinate with junior designers.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
