Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Engineer – Interior Design to oversee the execution of interior works at project sites, ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, specifications, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor day-to-day interior fit-out activities at the site.
Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, designs, specifications, and BOQ.
Coordinate with interior designers, architects, contractors, vendors, and other project teams.
Monitor the quality and progress of civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, painting, and other interior works.
Take site measurements and verify quantities as required.
Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
Ensure materials are available at the site as per project requirements.
Monitor contractor/vendor performance and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and maintain necessary site documentation.




Coordinate with the design team for drawing clarifications and design changes.
Ensure proper finishing and workmanship as per company standards.
Monitor adherence to safety practices and site discipline.
Support project handover by ensuring all works and rectifications are completed within the agreed timeline.

Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out/site execution.
Positive knowledge of interior materials, construction methods, and site execution.
Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings and technical drawings.
Positive coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required
