Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Handle customer interactions through calls and digital channels.
Generate leads and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Promote banking, financial, and insurance products.
Follow up with customers and convert leads into business.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain customer records and update daily sales activities.

Candidate Requirements
Graduation is mandatory.
1+ year of experience in Banking, Finance, Insurance, or Sales.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Positive customer relationship and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Comfortable handling customers through virtual/digital channels.
