Hiring: US Recruiter | Work From Home Prospect

We are looking for a agile, proactive, and highly resourceful US Blue-Collar Recruiter to join our in-house recruitment team.

We’re looking for a true recruitment skilled who actively seeks out talent, builds candidate communities, explores unconventional sourcing channels, and takes complete end-to-end ownership of the recruitment process.

Office Location: Mohali-67

Shift: US Shift (6:30 PM-3:30 AM)

Working Days : Monday-Friday

Work Mode: WFH (Work From Home Opportunity)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to closure.
Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, skilled networks, and other creative channels .
Hire for roles including General Manager, Operations Manager, Sales Manager, Accountant, Office Administrator, Social Media Marketing, Trainers, and other professional positions .
Conduct initial candidate screening and assess communication, experience, attitude, availability,



and suitability.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offers, and candidate movement through the hiring process.
Maintain and manage candidate pipelines using ATS/recruitment platforms such as ZipRecruiter, CareerPlug, or similar systems .
Build strong candidate relationships and provide a professional candidate experience.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of US culture, workplace practices, and hiring processes .

What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in US recruitment/talent acquisition .
Strong sourcing and candidate-hunting skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Confident and professional interaction with US candidates.
Working knowledge of ATS and recruitment platforms.
Proactive, resourceful, and target-oriented approach.
