Job Summary
We are hiring a Virtual Relationship Manager to manage customer relationships through phone calls and digital channels, generate business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and build solid customer relationships.
Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Explain products and services to customers.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Candidate Profile
Graduation is mandatory.
2+ years of experience in customer handling, telesales, inside sales, or BFSI.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive convincing and relationship-management abilities.
Target-oriented and customer-focused.
Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat CTC: Up to ₹6.50 LPA
