Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete end-to-end US IT recruitment process, from requirement understanding to candidate placement.
Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job specifications.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring timely feedback and follow-ups.
Negotiate pay rates and compensation with candidates, as applicable.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and timely pipeline updates.
Build and maintain solid relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure candidates are well-informed throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills




1–2 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment.
Robust understanding of the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle.
Experience recruiting for US IT positions such as Java Developers, .NET Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and other technical roles.
Knowledge of US employment types, including W2, C2C, and 1099.
Familiarity with US time zones and recruitment scheduling.
Experience using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, or other US IT sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet recruitment targets.
