nWe are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead planning, governance, execution tracking, and engineering coordination for a large-scale cloud modernization program for a leading North American bank. The role requires a blend of project management, technical understanding, stakeholder management, and data-driven reporting, with a solid focus on leveraging GenAI tools to improve engineering productivity and delivery visibility.

nKey Responsibilities

Own end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and execution tracking across multiple cloud migration workstreams.

Hands-on expertise in .NET-based application development with the ability to collaborate closely with architects, developers, and stakeholders to deliver business solutions.
n
Create and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and delivery dashboards.
n
Coordinate daily with Engineering Managers, Technical Leads, Architects, QE Leads, and Product Owners to ensure execution remains on track.
n
Track progress across multiple scope buckets and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies.
n
Prepare weekly executive status reports, governance packs,



KPIs, and steering committee updates.
n
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog reviews, delivery reviews, and cross-team synchronization meetings.
n
Monitor engineering health metrics including delivery velocity, milestone adherence, defect trends, and release readiness.
n
Drive action-item closure and follow-up across distributed onsite/offshore teams.
n
Support estimation, capacity planning, resource forecasting, and release planning.
n
Promote data-driven decision making through dashboards and actionable insights.

nGenAI & Engineering Productivity

Track GenAI adoption and productivity metrics across engineering teams.
n
Monitor Copilot/Agent usage, check-ins, code generation, and engineering productivity trends.
n
Publish dashboards highlighting automation gains, engineering efficiencies, and adoption KPIs.
n
Coordinate with Engineering Excellence teams to improve delivery effectiveness using AI-assisted development practices.
n
Identify prospects to automate project reporting and governance using GenAI tools.
