About the Role:

Intligent Outsourcing Co. is hiring dedicated and target-driven Telesales Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, presenting our business solutions, and driving sales growth during a fixed NIGHT-shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential and existing customers via phone to introduce and sell company services/products.
Explain features, handle customer inquiries, and address objections professionally.
Identify customer needs and pitch appropriate outsourcing solutions.
Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer feedback,



and sales outcomes in the CRM system.

Requirements & Skills:
Education: Minimum Higher Secondary / Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in Sales, telecalling.
Communication: Solid verbal communication and active listening skills in PUNJABI ONLY.
Attributes: Target-oriented, persuasive, self-motivated, and capable of working in a rapid-paced environment.
